Rob’s 24 years in the global (re)-insurance sectors, combined with his co-founding of Kindle Insurance Technologies and his 22 years on their board of directors, gives him unique insight on what is required by insurers and what software developers are capable of providing. Against this balanced backdrop Rob is immersed in service delivery to our customers and ensuring the development teams and software engineers have the least amount of static in delivering the requisite solution. Rob has founded, financed, managed and turned around numerous insurance sector related businesses, across the globe. Prior to insurance Rob worked in financial markets and among other notable achievements, founded Utrade Securities one of the first online stockbrokers and was the youngest member of the Institute of Stockbrokers.
As the Chief Operating Officer and Technology Officer, Devon is responsible for leading and managing the development team worldwide and overseeing implementation and deployment of our software.
Devon’s insurance and software pedigree is unrivalled, with a 12 year history in the insurance software industry with his last position being the Chief technology officer, prior to which he held the position of an IT and Risk Associate with EY. Devon has a B.comm Informatics degree and has seen and solved just about every challenge the insurance software industry can throw out, from complex re-insurance, reserving and tax challenges to multi language/multi currency hurdles. His software skills, intertwined with his leadership skills and deep understanding of what drives profitability in a P&C insurer make Devon an unrivaled resource for Intx and our clients.
As the Chief Technology Officer, Katrin leads product development, engineering and client implementations.
Katrin has a B.Comm Informatics Honors Degree and has held diverse technical and leadership roles in the United Kingdom, South Africa and other international jurisdictions. She has extensive experience within the insurance market and the transformation of the systems financial module. Katrin’s experience and energy are the key resources that deliver consistent results for our clients
As the Chief Financial Officer, Nick is responsible for overseeing essential accounting and finance functions including planning, analysis, and reporting. His strategic acumen and meticulous attention to detail ensure that our financial strategies are well grounded and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
Nick is a Certified Public Accountant, with a profound understanding of risk management, finance, and US GAAP. Nick brings over 14 years of experience from top accounting firms, Deloitte and RSM, where he served a myriad of clients, solving complex problems and implementing strategic solutions. His robust background enriches our team, offering valuable insights that drive fiscal responsibility, accurate financial reporting, and strategic growth.
